What is Royal Mail Not Yet Built (NYB) Data?
A dataset of UK properties that are planned or newly constructed but not yet present in PAF. It allows address selection during the publishing lead time, so customers can complete journeys without friction.
Why do I need NYB if I already use PAF?
PAF is the gold-standard for deliverable addresses, but there’s often a delay before new-builds appear in it. NYB bridges that window so your journeys don’t stall.
Do I need to change my forms or integration?
No. Enable NYB on your Fetchify token and your existing Address Auto-Complete will start returning NYB results where applicable — no extra fields, no new endpoints. 
Where does Not Yet Built apply?
Not Yet Built works across the UK — England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland — wherever new-build addresses would otherwise be missing from PAF.
What's the cost?
The Not Yet Built data add-on uses your existing credits. Once enabled on a token you'll get charged an extra 1 credit for every 10 UK address lookups.
