1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is ClearCourse Business Services Limited T/A Fetchify, registered in England and Wales
Company number 06912469. Registered Office: 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN“Fetchify”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK-based businesses only.
Entrants must be 18 years or over and must be authorised to enter on behalf of, and bind, the business they represent.
Employees of Fetchify, ClearCourse Group companies, and their immediate families are excluded.
Only one entry per business is permitted.
Entries are made by individuals acting in a professional capacity on behalf of their employer or organisation.
Entries made in an individual or personal capacity are not permitted.
The following organisations are not eligible to enter the competition:
• Direct competitors of Fetchify, including but not limited to providers of address validation, data cleansing, identity verification, or similar data quality services.
• Data resellers, data brokers, list vendors, or organisations whose primary business model involves the resale or redistribution of third-party data.
• Entries submitted using personal, non-business, or generic email addresses (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo).
Fetchify reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to disqualify any entry that does not meet these criteria.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the competition registration form and provide:

Business email address
Direct Phone Number
By entering, the entrant confirms that they have obtained all necessary internal approvals and that participation in the competition and acceptance of the prize complies with their organisation’s internal policies, including any gifts and hospitality or anti-bribery policies.
No purchase is necessary.
Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. Competition Period
The competition opens on Monday, 23rd February at 10:00 AM
The competition closes on Monday, 9th March at 10:00 AM.
5. The Prize
One winning business will receive a free data cleanse of up to 50,000 records, carried out using Fetchify’s data validation and cleansing services.
The prize is awarded to the winning business only and must be used solely for the benefit of that business. No individual employee, officer, or representative shall receive any personal benefit from the prize.
The prize includes cleansing only and does not include data preparation, integration work, consultancy, or bespoke development, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The cleanse must be completed within 2 months of the winner being notified.
6. Prize Restrictions
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
The prize may not be combined with other Fetchify promotions or discounts.
Fetchify reserves the right to limit the scope of the cleanse if the data supplied is incomplete, corrupt, or outside reasonable technical parameters.
The prize must not be accepted or used in any manner that could be perceived as an improper inducement or that would breach the Bribery Act 2010 or any applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption, or gifts and hospitality laws or regulations.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
The winner will be notified via email within 3 working days of the Closing Date.
If the winner does not respond within 7 working days, Fetchify reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
If a winning business is unable to accept the prize due to internal compliance restrictions or legal or regulatory obligations, it must notify Fetchify as soon as reasonably practicable, and Fetchify reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Data Protection and Marketing
Personal data submitted as part of this competition will be processed in accordance with Fetchify’s Privacy Policy
By entering, participants consent to Fetchify contacting them in relation to the competition.
Marketing consent is optional and will be clearly indicated at the point of entry.
Fetchify will not sell or share entrant data with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Publicity
The winner agrees that Fetchify may reference the winning company name in marketing or promotional materials, unless the winner requests otherwise in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
Fetchify accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or system failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fetchify shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.
Fetchify accepts no responsibility for any failure by an entrant or winning business to comply with its own internal policies, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements in connection with entering the competition or accepting the prize.
11. General
Fetchify reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time where necessary.
The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
